Payment Policy & Fees

Please be aware that the club no longer accepts eTransfers. The accepted payment methods are Credit Card and Preauthorized Debit (PAD).

In an attempt to minimize administration fees, each account is required to make only 1 payment a month.

  • Credit Card transactions incur a 3.3% transaction fee.
  • Preauthorized Debit (PAD) transactions incur a 1% transaction fee.

 

Fee Categories & Payment Selection

Please select how you intend to make payments for each of the following areas:

1. Swim Fees

  • Schedule: Session ONLY (Jr. Beast, Jr. Masters, Masters) | Annual | Monthly (Novice, Development, Advanced, Senior, Performance)
  • Method: [ ] Credit Card | [ ] Preauthorized Debit (PAD)
  • Note: Account balances will automatically be charged on the first day of the month. 

2. Meet Fees

  • Method: Credit Card | Preauthorized Debit (PAD)
  • Swim meets participated in will be charged on the 1st of the following month. Please refer to Non-sufficient funds policy. 
  • Note: Account balances will automatically be charged on the first day of the month. 

3. Fundraising Fees

  • Method: Credit Card | Preauthorized Debit (PAD)
  • There is no opt-out option for this fundraiser
  • Each family will receive a book of 30 tickets and will be charged $300 - this can be an e-transfer or credit card charge.  The tickets will be $10 each. 
  • Tickets will be available at the start of October and must be submitted by mid-November- the draw will be held at our Fall meet (November 22rd).
  • Note: Account balances will automatically be charged on the first day of the month. 

4. On Deck/Service Hours and Participation

  • Method: Credit Card | Preauthorized Debit (PAD)
  • Note: If meet sessions are not worked, your payment method on file will be charged $5 per missed point
  • Note: Account balances will automatically be charged on the first day of the month.

Account Setup

Please ensure that you have a current credit card or preauthorized debit billing profile attached to your Pool Queue Swim Account. By maintaining an active account, you authorize the Belleville Beast Swim Team to process payments for the selections indicated above in accordance with standard billing terms.
